country. Moreover, at the same time they have to rehabilitation to be a helpful

joy-riding , there are many way to deal with such as, put an amount for them if
they do not be strict with the law. Vandalism they must be punish and
rehabilitation. Graffiti they must have the same as vandalism.

have not to break the law because the law is for all the people in the country.
